FNP-C / PMHNP-BC, Karen Linares has over 28 years of experience working in the Medical Field and 8 years as a Family Nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care, Pediatrics and Family & Internal Medicine. 

Karen was adopted from Honduras at the age of 6 years old. She has always wanted to improve patient health and work in under-served communities where there is a lack mental & healthcare services.  Karen brings Telehealth services for Mental Health and General Medicine without families having to leave their homes. 

Karen Linares, FNP-C / PMHNP-BC is licensed to practice in Oregon, Arizona, Iowa, New Mexico, Delaware, Nevada, California and Florida. She is a Board certified with the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. 

In addition, Karen Linares received her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)  at Western University of Health Sciences.  She is Board Certified with ANCC and licensed to practice in CA, OR, DE, IA, NV ,AZ, NM.

For our Psychiatry services we take private insurances  and also use Grow Therapy, Alma and Headway for billing. 

We offer sliding scales for those in financial need and needing mental health care (restrictions apply and must be approved by provider).
