Yes. We accept multiple private insurance plans and also work with Alma, Headway, and Grow Therapy for billing. Co-pays, deductibles, and applicable fees must be paid by credit card before your appointment. Cash-pay patients are required to pay at least 24 hours in advance. She received her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree from Western University of Health Sciences and is board certified with both ANCC and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
ADHD evaluations at Care Anywhere include a thorough assessment using QB Tech, an objective FDA-cleared test that measures attention, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. Because insurance does not cover this test, there is an out-of-pocket cost of $125. The assessment also includes ADHD screenings, collateral interviewing, and a review of prior medical records.
GeneSight Psychotropic is a genetic test that analyzes how your DNA may affect your response to medications commonly prescribed for depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health conditions.
